Enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday by the sea in beautiful Boxvik on western Orust with saltwater swimming, cozy fishing communities and nice hiking trails. The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 floors with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper floor and a bathtub with seawater, which the sun heats up in summer (Open June 1 - August 31) with associated sun loungers on the lower floor.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

The red house was built in the early 1900 and still breathes rustic charm.
