Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, which is located on the West Coast with the sea as the nearest neighbor. The apartment is located on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake view from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment is a balcony of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 3 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet and a sunken bathtub in the floor, (type 90s). There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful with saltwater swimming, proximity to nature and Western Sweden's best music scene at the historic Slussens guesthouse only 5 minutes' walk away. If you want to take a morning swim, it is 75 meters to the beach and if the children want to play from the docks and diving towers, you can walk there in 3-4 minutes. There is a kiosk for a better coffee break with organic food and at Slussens guesthouse, which is located right by the docks, our Swedish music elite performs basically every day during the summer.

Hälleviksstrand - Sjöstuga

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

On Bohuslänska Skaftö is Grundsund, a fishing community with well-preserved charm. Here there are sea stalls and small houses along the cliffs, around the quay and in the harbor canal. Here you and your family can rent a cozy home, 50 meters from the water with all the amenities. In 3 minutes you reach the amazing jetty that you can swim from and Restaurant Pelles for a good meal at sunset.

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or add by boat at your own jetty that is included in the rent. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. Downstairs, there is a jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
