Bright and fresh apartment with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom as well as a small courtyard – perfect for morning coffee. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the upper floor. During certain periods, hosts with children live on the ground floor (weeks 27-32, some weekends). Unique penthouse apartment with the sea as a neighbor. At the top of the house, you can enjoy this coastal gem consisting of two floors and two terraces, the only one on the entire island. Sunbathe or just enjoy the view. Why not share a bottle of wine together with seafood from the local fishmonger? The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the lower floor, which gives you a whole upper floor to just hang out on. This creates a very pleasant and well-planned environment to be shown in both shorter but above all for longer stays.

This is a lovely end-unit apartment in a residential building. It consists of one room and a kitchen. It features a private entrance and offers privacy from neighbors. Situated in a quiet, rural area, it is close to the sea, a grocery store, and great swimming spots. Guests have access to a large garden with a private patio and a barbecue. Worth noting: There are animals on the property, and children live in the building. As it is an older house, footsteps from the floor above may be audible.

3-rums lägenhet på första plan mitt i mysiga Hälleviksstrand. Nära till klippor och hav. Bil (1st) parkeras gratis vid huset på gården. Tillgång till trädgård och lägenheten har egen del av altan med matplats och grill. Köket har det mesta man kan behöva. Hushållssopor och kompost slängs i två olika tunnor på gården. Räkskal slängs i vassen/ vattnet nedanför huset på tomten. Sortering av glas, metall och papp slängs vid badplatsen i container. Obs! Ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar.
