Access to garden and the apartment has its own part of deck with dining area and barbeque. The kitchen has most of what you might need. Household waste and compost are disposed of in two different bins in the yard. Shrimp shells are thrown into the reeds/water below the house on the property. Glass, metal, and cardboard are sorted and disposed of in the container at the swimming area. Note: You need to bring your own linens and towels.

A large deck in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the patio is a hot tub that maintains a temperature of around 38 degrees year round. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for kids as it is shallow. There is an outdoor gym and a grocery store in Svanesund. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. At Orust there are exciting excursions.

Worth noting: There are animals on the property, and children live in the building. As it is an older house, footsteps from the floor above may be audible.
