Confortable and new studio of 35 m², fully equiped (Double bed, fournitures, bathroom, WC and Kitchen with acessories, TV and Wifi). A convertible single bed is available for 3rd guest. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
