You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, table football, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Ideal for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the vicinity, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation centre, which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

We were very well received by Christine and Laurent. They are very discreet, which is particularly pleasant. The accommodation was great and the place peaceful. I recommend it!

Very pleasant stay, we were able to enjoy the pool and the barbecue. Laurent was very nice, and available. It's time to do it again.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available but it was not missed. I highly recommend the property.

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well made when there are many people. Enclosed garden ideal for children and the place and its surroundings really very beautiful. It's easy to access and the communication is excellent. Great place for a weekend less than 1 hour from Paris.

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)
