From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Thank you Fabio for everything, we had a fabulous time and will be back. Phil & Lisa.

It was nice that we were escorted the last part to the apartment /house because it is beautifully located in the woods but the driveway is not so easy to find. Apartment is simple but has everything you need. we had the 1st floor with a nice outdoor terrace, Also beautiful spacious outdoor area around the house, very private and beautiful beaches nearby. Gesuina and Valeria were great hosts with whom we had good contact, always quick response. We arrived far too late due to delays and yet we were fantastically taken care of!

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Alberto's apartment is very tastefully decorated and very pleasant. The place is sunny and quiet, the parents next door extremely warm and accommodating. There were the best citrus fruits right from the garden! Grazie mille!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

The apartment has been classically equipped and sparkling clean☺️. We enjoyed the time very much.

We had a beautiful stay at Rominas apartment! The Terrasse with the most beautiful view is very special! There were baby cats - which made it even more cute! The apartment ist equipped with all basics - if you like it simple it’s a perfect match!

House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

Nice discovery! Indeed this region is beautiful in every way and Punta Molara is a haven of peace. Nicola is a responsive, friendly, efficient and considerate host. Thank you so much! The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay there and its exterior is magical, the pool was greatly appreciated. The house is ideal for families or couples of friends, each with an independent entrance. Then we'll be happy to go back! Ciao!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Brunella and her husband are very nice hosts and immediately on hand if you need help! We were very warmly welcomed, the apartment was spacious, clean and everything you need was there! The mosquito screens on the doors were awesome! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, parking spaces are always sufficiently available. Walking to the beach was too far for us (about 20 minutes), but there were always parking spaces available there. We would love to go back to Brunella's apartment if we come back to the area! Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches nearby. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We stayed at Matteo's place for one night. The apartment matches the pictures and was impeccably clean. Likewise, everything you could ever need was on site. We think the location of the apartment is great, as you are quickly on foot on the promenade/sea/ harbor, etc. Matteo was very accommodating and already gave us some great tips for the area before check-in as well as very great restaurants. We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The apartment is really great: Very practical even in the details and very clean. Rosalba is a very friendly host, available to provide help. This apartment deserves its 5 stars amply.

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, a bottle of chilled water was waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Cecilia was so accomodating to our family and it was a great little village right by a lovely beach which was perfect for the kids
