Holiday rentals with a patio in Orosei

Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who led us to our accommodation. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. In addition, communication with the host in between via WhatsApp was very straightforward and convenient. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. We would definitely come back!! It is only important to know that heating up the hot tub takes a really long time. So, plan enough time ;-)

The owner is very kind and helped us solve many problems during the trip. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

Seemingly spacious with a very nice terrace. The decor is a little old-fashioned and deserves to be clean. Very good communication and valuable advice.

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in Europe. If this is available, just book immediately. Thank you Daniela for everything. Great local recommendations by Daniela including boat tour, restaurant, gelato shops. The place looks even better than the photos and is super neat and clean. Had parking as well for our car. We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The property has a beautiful view and is superbly located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars – because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.
