Beachfront holiday rental in Orosei

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thanks again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. Communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very practical, cozy and clean apartment in a beautiful area of Budoni. The sea is very close and beautiful and in a few minutes on foot you can reach the village where you can find everything bread, groceries, bars and restaurants, typical shops, pharmacy and much more. Claudia and Riccardo were immediately very courteous and helpful Really excellent experience TO REPEAT FOR SURE The welcome wine is very welcome

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

The accommodation corresponds to the description and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The landlords took excellent care of us from booking to departure with tips and further information.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We were in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is really an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Piero's house makes you feel right at home. Everything is nicely furnished and you have plenty of space. Also in the garden you can make yourself comfortable on the loungers or the covered lounge. The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 min. We liked it very much and we can recommend the house and Piero as a landlord with the best conscience.

I stayed with my family for 2 weeks in Serena's apartment. What can I say... EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and attention to detail. The house is well cared for and cozy. The outdoor spaces are extremely comfortable, especially with children. The location of the house is very convenient as it is close to the port of Olbia but at the same time close to many popular beaches near San Teodoro. We will definitely be back!!! 💪🏻

Very nice apartment. Panoramic view of the bay. Free parking space reserved in front of the accommodation. Beautiful maritime decor comfortable bedding, very functional kitchen and bathroom. living room with sea view. Hot tub at a good temperature and very comfortable the beach is a 5 min walk and restaurants 10 min walk Electric charging station for car 10 min walk. we had a lovely stay. the apartment is near the beach, well equipped, and we appreciate being able to eat outside. gesuina was accommodating and adapted our departure time. there was a lot of mosquitoes (in April!)

The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several options to change seating due to wind, rain or sun. Very nice house beach. Approx. 5 min. by car. You can also walk to the water. Approx. 5 min. However, there are only rocks. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish), where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Travel time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always over the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always a hassle. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia there is a fish shop. In the evening, there's nothing to do, where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants were no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They suffer when they're outside all year. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great house.

Beach house incl. direct access to the beach. A dream. Sunrises and the beach exceptional. The house has everything you need is well-equipped and very comfortable. Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. We had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s apartment which is in an idyllic setting overlooking the coast, islands and Tyrrhenian Sea. The property was easy to find with the clear instructions provided, and Stefania’s communication was always proactive, helpful and professional. The immediate resort is very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful natural countryside, and the immediate coves and beaches. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the location is great for exploring the NE of Sardinia more broadly. The home itself is very comfortable, was well prepared, and we made good use of the outside space for eating and enjoying the views. We had a few questions to discuss and Stefania was always quick to respond, as well as being naturally proactive in offering suggestions and helpful advice. We would definitely return to this property and can recommend Stefania and her husband as excellent hosts.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.
