Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

House by the sea with sauna

Cozy house located right by the sea at the northern end of Höga Kusten, 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik city center. In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

Older and simple cottage with unbeatable location – the cottage is only meters from the water at beautiful Skulesjön. Four beds: two in the main cabin and two in a separate sleeping cabin. The main cabin has a living room, shower room and kitchenette with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Simply furnished terrace with lake views. On the property, there is a cozy cliff with a jetty – perfect for a dip or to enjoy the evening sun. Odorless toilet in a detached building. Guests bring their own sheets and clean on departure.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. You live on the ground floor in a newly wallpapered and repainted furnished 3-bedroom apartment with lawn and patio outside the window. (A resident on the second floor.) The feeling is that you are staying in a separate house near the forest because the mountain ridge east of the accommodation is so close. Walking trails, ski trails connect to the property. Quiet in the area (no through road) but bus stop is 200 meters away on the main road into Örnsköldsvik. Brand new bathroom!

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep high up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Sjöstugan passar både för dig/er som är på genomresa (7 minuter från E4) eller om du/ni kan stanna några dagar. Bada från brygga eller strand. Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Hyr gärna sängkläder och handdukar, tvättmaskin, vedeldad bastu eller elbilsladdning. För det mesta kan vi erbjuda frukost. Städning ingår i hyran.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Has a slightly private location and is close to a stream so you can hear the hill's noise. Located behind the farm's barn building. Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom.
