Cozy house located right by the sea at the northern end of Höga Kusten, 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik city center. In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

Little house by the river

Here by the Moälven river, you will find this small yet spacious house. Four smaller bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 3 of the bedrooms have new lovely new 120 cm beds and 1 of the rooms has a new 90 cm bed. With proximity to the Höga Kusten trail and Veckefjärden golf course, nature is just around the corner. Fishing in the Moälven river is possible and a swimming area is within about 1.9 km. Bus stop is 50 meters from the residence and you can get to the city center in about 10 minutes. Proximity to Domsjö factory area for those who work.

Highly quiet private location in the woods, close to Höga Kusten

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Self-catering applies, and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you don't bring your own bed linen/towels, they can be rented on site: bed linen + towels; SEK 150 (€15 or $15) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets or loud parties. Saras veranda is located in the heart of the Höga Kusten region, surrounded by forest and meadows, with a view of Lake Skule. Charming renovated house with a newly built veranda. Ten kilometers from the Höga Kusten bridge, this cozy house is located at the bridgehead of the small Sandö bridge. The house is located high overlooking the Ångerman river. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights in the Höga Kusten area. A lovely glazed porch where you can sit and enjoy and digest the day's adventures. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel bed available for the very smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year-round living.

It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Get easy access to everything from this perfectly-located home. Loft cottage with double bed upstairs. The ground floor has a dining area with fridge and freezer. A kitchen counter with microwave, porcelain stove and kitchenware. Heating from electric elements. In the red barn building, there is a service area with a large kitchen and bathroom. Which is shared with the other cottage "Bäcken". This cottage is very open and bright. You can see Ullångerfjärden and the neighboring houses around.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
