Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

This unique accommodation lets you sleep high up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik. Between each guest, we check the cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.
