The accommodation is well located close to the Beauval Zoo and the Loire castles. The house is very well equipped, including everything you need for a family with children (large gardens, enough to play football, basketball, petanque, table tennis, table football, etc.). Two barbecues complete the set. The peaceful, quiet environment. The house is large enough to accommodate up to 12 people, but the rooms are open or connecting, which is important to know. Alain is a very nice and caring host. He was flexible about the departure time. Thank you for having us!

Convenient and well located accommodation for visiting the Loire castles. Clean and pleasant, a little hot under the roofs in the bedroom :)

Came as a family to visit Beauval, ideally located and well-equipped accommodation, quiet and above all that matches the listing. Our daughter loved her room with the books and games left available. Responsive host when needed, very clear check-in and check-out instructions. We'll definitely stay here again 😊

Ideally located accommodation if you want to go to Beauval Zoo or even visit a few castles of the Loire Valley. Ability to park in the private courtyard. Very nice exterior and which can be enjoyed if the weather is nice. Very clean accommodation, good bedding. A little wet in rainy weather but to sleep or eat no worries. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing appartment with everything you need . Parking space may be a little tricky to enter with big car, but for small one is good. Ideal location to explore area by car. Very nice Loches market twice a week 3 min from home. This was a perfect vication. Highly recommended!

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. His accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval zoo park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organisational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Very spacious accommodation, very clean, the photos don't do the accommodation justice, it's really a great apartment in the city centre. Close to all the shops with a very responsive host, really a great stay, just a shame that the terrace was not cleaned.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Charming Stay in Blois We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home nestled in the heart of Blois. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. Be prepared for a bit of a climb, as there are quite a few stairs to get up to the property—but every step is absolutely worth it for the views and the setting. The home itself was thoughtfully appointed, and we especially appreciated the espresso machine—what a treat to start each morning with a delicious coffee! Communication with the host was excellent throughout; friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Blois. A memorable and delightful experience!

Romain and Evelyne's apartment is really more than perfect for visiting Blois and its surroundings. The photos do not do justice to the quality of what is offered. Nothing is missing, even coffee and other utilities are in abundance. Impeccable cleanliness, modern, very comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, you feel at home. Very well located, you can get to the Château de Blois and several sites of interest on foot in a few minutes. Secured parking is a big advantage. The nearby Intermarché is also a plus. Unfortunately, because of the temperature we were unable to enjoy the small terrace, but it is available. Recommended with eyes closed because lucky those who can stay in this apartment.
