Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

On site, shops, restaurants, recreation base and its beach. You can radiate to the Morvan regional park, the tourist sites of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Roman remains of Autun.

The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

Beautiful village house located in the heart of Meursault, 200m from the main square of the village. Ideal location to enjoy the restaurants. Walks in the vineyards 5 minutes away. Beautiful cellar available for your wine tastings. (Prices on request) Spa at the Chateau de la Cueillette 10 min walk. Golf in Levernois 15 min by car. House located on the Grands Crus bike route.

La Paillonnée-Marey - Nuits-St-Georges with garden

In an old house from 18e century restaured you are welcoming in a great comfort (4*), for a traditional burgundy stay in the heart of old center of Nuits-Saint-Georges on the famous Burgundy Wine Cost. The apartment is spacious with direct access to a private terrace and to the garden of the house. We welcome you as friends.
