Alexandra and Anthony are happy to welcome you to Penn-ty Perthois. Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

THE SHEPHERD'S HUT

Spacious and bright, the 100 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, former sheepfold. Beautiful view of the 2500 M2 orchard, with terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, gas barbecue, trampoline, swimming pool, games for children..... This accommodation dates back to 1784, restored with elegance. Nordic and modern decoration, very warm, a real cocoon with nature and calm. Ideal for recharging your batteries on vacation. The sheepfold is well located for visiting wine-growing towns and villages.

Renovated barn in La Vineuse near Cluny

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

Discover the heritage and art of Burgundian living with our village house, located between vineyards and castle, as a starting point. Completely renovated by us, it has all the comforts necessary for your disconnection, while respecting the soul of the building which was an old barn in the 18th century. Things to do: walk in the vineyards, bike on the greenway... or discover the climates of Burgundy from the sky with a hot air balloon flight.

La Grange Coton

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.

We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.
