Holiday rentals with beach access in Burgundy

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and decorated in very good taste. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. Great location. In the heart of the city. Close to everything. Being tall was slight issue but overall was happy with location and the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was a really clean and pleasant accommodation. It's been a while since I've been to a well-managed accommodation. But in the summer, there is no air conditioning, so it can be very hot. The fan was a stroke of genius... It was cool in the morning and evening I was happy

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

Our hosts are warm and friendly people. They offered us to taste the currants and cherries from the garden. Decorating the house is fun. The house is well equipped, the beds very comfortable. Pleasant terrace and garden. We recommend this property

We loved this little house, the decoration of which is very cheerful. We only spent 2 days there but would have stayed longer and it is very likely that we will return Thanks to Eliane for her hospitality and the little touches (delicious eggs from her chickens)

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city centre and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organised to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉
