Well Cottage is a lovely cottage, very comfortable, ideal for 2 people. Detached house with private garden, located in a property of character, former Presbytery of a charming village. Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Small, quiet, elegant, and air-conditioned apartment (1 bedroom) for 2 or 4 people, on the ground floor of the family home. Located a 5-minute walk from the city center, Hospices de Beaune, Cinema Workshops, restaurants and all amenities, this former 15th century winemaker's house was completely tastefully renovated in 2017. Your accommodation is attached to our house and you will be woken up by the birds. You can enjoy the courtyard and a sheltered relaxation area as well as the garden but also discover a small town full of charm without having to use your vehicle.
