Take a dip from the jetty, enjoy the sunset, cycle the little coastal road along the sea. Here you live in a newly renovated apartment of 18 sqm with all the amenities, sleep in a comfortable sofa bed and enjoy the tranquility of Äleklinta farm. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with its own entrance and large patio. Bed linens, towels, cleaning are not included If final cleaning is desired, it is booked 5 days before departure & costs SEK 1000.

The cabin is 25 square meters, so it is a SMALL CABIN. But with a stunning view right on a beach! The cottage is included in a cottage area so that means neighboring cottage close. Look at pictures. 2020 new beds, closet and sink. 2022 painted rooms/ kitchen area + a new fresher sofa bed. In 2026, the bedroom was painted, and the patio and ground below were refreshed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campground. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Barbecue, trampoline, badminton, bicycles are available to borrow. There are 6 for adults/youth. And 2 smaller ones, suitable for ages 5-7. 2 for 3-5 years. Store, Öland's largest ice cream parlor, farm shop, bus stop & sea approx. 2 km, golf 5 km. Cleaning is done by the guest. Sheets/towels are not included.
