we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! As an added benefit, there is free access to Falster Swimming Center for all guests.

The small charming townhouse is located centrally in Nysted town, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooks Ålholm Castle. The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Located on a closed plot with space for a dog, it is ideal for a vacation in peace and nature. There are bicycles, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Use free bicycles 🚲🚲 for example. 4 km to Ulslev beach 6 km to Sildestrup Beach 8 km to Marielyst square/beach 8 km to Nykøbing F. Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (DKK 75 per guest) If the home is not left in the same condition as on arrival, a cleaning fee of at least DKK 600 will be charged. Electricity 3.75 DKK per KWh.

Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

The cozy apartment "Speicher" is located in the upper area of a converted barn. The apartment is lovingly and detailed furnished and nothing should be missing to enjoy relaxing days here. As hosts, we are available if guests need anything. Bread delivery service is available and we are happy to answer any questions. Our wish is to share our beautiful, idyllic farm with guests.

The house is quietly located in a small village overlooking the fields. It is a 10-minute drive to Nykøbing Falster, a 5-minute drive to the highway and a 5-minute drive to shopping (Rema 1000) You have the whole house and garden to yourself. Parking is available on the property. I live close by myself and can help if problems arise.
