Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside – in a UNESCO biosphere reserve, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and surrounded by nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We care about organic farming and sustainability, and we love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 pm the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on site with either MobilePay or cash.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

If you and your family need a break from the busy everyday life, Stihøj can help provide peace and quiet. We have 2 lovely rooms and a kitchen/living room with necessary kitchen utensils. We can also offer breakfast (DKK 85) and possibly a self-made packed lunch (DKK 40) to take on a trip. We are excited to welcome you to Møn.
