The cozy house has everything you need in both good and bad weather. Here is room for cozy get-togethers at the dining table and a nice wood-burning stove. There is a short distance to the forest and a path to the beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or via a nice walk over the heath and through the dunes. The car only takes a moment. Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

The property is located in a small holiday home area, with around 400 properties and many pleasant paths in the area. Plenty of options for great walks or bike rides. Following the path, it is about 200 metres to Ringkøbing Fjord, where there is a small sandy beach and a jetty. There are several playgrounds and football fields in the area.
