Relax in this quiet newly-built accommodation 400 m from the sea and sandy beach. 1 km to a temperate outdoor pool. 25 m to the bus between Ystad-Simrishamn. Bicycle path all the way to Ystad (9 km). 10 km to Kåseberga. Open floor plan, sleeping alcove with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed 140 cm with extra mattress. Kitchen towels and smaller towels for bathrooms are available. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. They are available to rent if needed, SEK 100/person. High chair and crib are available if needed.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Relax in this wonderful home. Here you have all the amenities you need, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out on the terrace, gas grill, large dining table with comfortable rattan armchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the umbrella (in autumn and winter, the outdoor furniture is stored away for the season). Indoors, there is a spacious dining area in front of the fireplace. Reading corner for morning coffee or a good book. A glazed veranda for rainy moments.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

There is a small outdoor kitchen with a grill and gas stove on the cozy terrace. The private bathroom right next to the trailer has been newly renovated.
