Bitte beachten Sie, dass Haustiere nur auf Anfrage erlaubt sind. Das WLAN und den Parkplatz vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen.

Ein Schlafsofa (1,40*2,00 m) ermöglicht es, die Unterkunft auch mit bis zu vier Personen zu belegen. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Alle Räume sind mit Insektenschutzgittern in den Fenstern ausgestattet!

The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.

The old refurbished wooden beams provide a cozy comfort and the spacious 20 square meter terrace invites you to linger in summer at the latest, Balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for this. The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.
