Cottage on farm with farm cafe

House on two levels on our farm. First floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a couch (fold-out), a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is reached via a ladder. A large bed (180 × 200) and a normal bed (90 × 200) as well as another bathroom with a bathtub are available. In front of the house is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. No dogs allowed!

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

We rent a 06.2018 renovated house with about 90 m² living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal.Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here you can do both hikes and day trips by bike or car.

Our house is completely at ground level (largest step 4cm) , parking can be found right in front of the door, it has a spacious bathroom (shower 1.8m x 2m), a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining area and a bedroom. A minibar (not included) is available for something special. Fast internet and smart TVs are available. The conservatory is also suitable for drying motorcycles up to 88 cm wide

Some time ago we turned the old horse stable into a "summer house " through some conversion measures. Something unique has been created on about 85 square meters. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Take a look at the photos set and let them look at you. We only offer this cottage in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

The clay half-timbered house is located on the outermost part of the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large plot. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Work is also possible ;-) Otherwise hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging... Pitch for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic. Mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbours.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
