Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Je verblijf is in een rustige buurt (achter in de tuin van ons) waar je via een steeg (openbaar) op je eigen stukje privé balkon – buitenterrein kan komen van de Tiny House. Op 8 minuten lopen van het busstation van Edam. 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt 3 min. lopen naar het centrum van Eda Op 25 minuten van Amsterdam (vanaf het Edam Busstation)

Er even romantisch tussenuit aan de waterkant met uitzicht op voorbij varende boten op een heerlijk plekje. Je kunt hier zwemmen! Met de alle gemakken zoals: een riante buiten keuken met een wasbak, oven, koelkast en 2 pits kookplaat. Een prive badkamer, gevulde minibar, koffie en thee, 1 heerlijk 2 persoons bed (180breedx240lang) en je eigen tuin! De badkamer is voorzien van alle gemakken met onder andere vloerverwarming, een stortdouche, wasbak en toilet. Clamping in Holland!

On the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guest house. A sunny two-story house overlooking the garden and the water. From this oasis of peace and quiet, you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Dream away in the hot tub (optional €40 per day, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows.
