Beachfront holiday rental in North Sea Canal

I spent some lovely days at Siennie's place with my dog. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, there is a parking space directly at the house. The place was clean and there was everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The highlight was of course the beach within walking distance. Unfortunately, you only learn on site that dogs are not allowed to go to bed on the sofa or with them. It would have been nice to get this information before booking. Other than that, everything else was perfect, and I felt very comfortable at the place.

The location directly on the bay is very nice. The accommodation and the associated outdoor area are very cozy, so you can feel really comfortable there. Unfortunately, the sea was almost unseen during our summer vacation. For bathing, shopping and dining, you depend on the car.

A nice place to stay close to the sea and the center of town and the train station. Fast and reliable connection to Amsterdam. The space is even bigger than the pictures show. Everything was clean and well decorated.

We really loved our stay at Annelies‘s apartment! It‘s so close to the beach, it took only 1 minute to get there - absolutely incredible! Annelies communicated the check-in instructions via WA where she sent us a short video and voice message. I really appreciated this as this already seemed so welcoming! The apartment is super small but contains everything you‘ll need. Plus Annelies left a few little extras for us and our dog - so cute! We would 100% recommend staying at Annelies‘s!

Very nice clean place to stay. Modern furnishings, very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The fenced-in garden is also great. Our dogs were able to run around the house and felt very comfortable. The house is nicely located on a small pond and there was enough space for 4 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. The complex is quit and there is a good restaurant. The park, beach and the whole area are very dog friendly. Before and during the stay, the contact with Gerard was very pleasant, a very friendly host. We were there for the first time and would be happy to come back. Great place to stay!

Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

Had a wonderful midweek in this cottage. Quiet, spacious and clean with a nice garden. Nice beds too! We had rented bicycles from "the neighbors" (campsite De Markies) and cycled nicely through the beautiful North Holland Dune Reserve from the cottage. Bergen, Schoorl and of course the beach at Egmond aan Zee are also easily accessible. Also enjoyed the beautiful flower fields in the immediate area. Communication with Marleen and Martijn went smoothly. We put this cottage on our wishlist!

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

The property is located in a holiday home complex, which is generally very quiet and ensures relaxation. The house is very efficiently used with 3 bedrooms and is very well equipped. The location is phenomenal! Direct lake access on one side and fantastic nature on the other. There's only one point that could be better. Check-in was only possible between 4pm and 5pm. No traffic jam, etc on the way, because the reception is then also closed. Improvement: It can only be grilled with gas - either every house should have a gas grill or there should be a kind of gathering place where you can book slots for grilling.

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Amenities were as described and very nice. The location to the beach is perfect. Communication with Patrick was also straightforward and always timely. I highly recommend the place!

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

A beautiful, small cottage with everything your heart needs. Great, very well-kept garden, in a quiet location and yet you are quickly everywhere, by the sea, in small towns, etc. If you are looking for a break by the sea and in a lovingly furnished ambience, you will find just the right place here. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back!

A lovingly furnished house with everything you need. Even replacement batteries for the remote control were not lacking. The beach, bars and restaurant are also within walking distance. An extralob must be pronounced separately to the host. Open to any question at all times and always helpful. We felt very comfortable and the holiday was really nice. 🙏🙏🙏🤗

We (three friends) had a wonderful (albeit short) time at Fadime and Leo's place. The beach as well as the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also good. We felt really welcome and would come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 🤗🐚

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

Mick is a good host. The place was very peaceful and calm. You have all the necessary items makes you feel like home. Station, bus stand and grocery market are all near by to his place ( walking distance ).

This was a great time in the bungalow. The location is really great - a very quiet area and it was also all exactly as described. The host is accommodating and we were surprised with a small welcome gift. Our son was also very pleased with a trampoline in the garden. Easy check-in, great amenities, and we had a great time. We look forward to seeing you again.

Patriza's accommodation is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was available via microwave, oven, kettle...etc. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, its own jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family at this well-kept place. Everything was fine!!

We had a great extended weekend at Susanne's bungalow. I have rarely found such good amenities There was really nothing missing: salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cleaning utensils, baking paper, aluminum foil,....The location is 1a: right on the canal. If you have a sup, be sure to bring it with you. You can get in directly at the jetty from the house. It's nice that the garden is fenced. So children (we have none) can also play in the garden. We will certainly come back again 😎
