Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. Home is located right around the corner from Russian Gulch State Park with only a 5 min walk to the parks entrance and its hiking trails. Location is 1 mile from Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and 2 miles to the Mendocino Village and Caspar Beach. Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.
