Eclectic Hideaway with Backyard Pool & Hot Tub

Embrace the blissful ambiance of this tastefully appointed retreat. The home features terraced living areas, rustic wood accents, an array of furnishings and decor, central heat and air conditioning, well supplied kitchen and a backyard patio with a dining space, lounges, gas grill, a solar heated pool and a hot tub. Four bicycles are available for guests to use. Note: Solar heated pool is usually comfortably warm from May to October. It is not heated during the winter months. The hot tub is heated year-round. NO PARTIES: including bachelor, bachelorette, wedding rehearsal dinners, etc. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2000 sq. feet. It accommodates 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Cal King Bed, 3 Queen Beds. The house is located on a small, private cul-de-sac. The neighbors are all friendly, mostly original owners making for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Noisy parties are NOT appropriate. The dining room boasts a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, gas range, microwave hood, dish washer, and an island with counter stools and recessed lighting. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The living room includes a 60-inch smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The family/game room (stocked with an assortment of board games) contains a fireplace/wood stove, wet bar and opens to the patio area. The backyard has a solar heated swimming pool (cold in the winter months, generally comfortable June to October) and 5 person hot tub (heated year round), and is furnished with comfortable, matching dining and club chair sets. The master bedroom boasts a cal-king sleigh bed with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a window sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located downstair; has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bathroom. Other amenities include: • Free wifi • Washer/dryer • Gas BBQ grill • 4 Bicycles • Central air/heat Note: this home is a standard "tri-level". There is a shorter than normal stairway (9 steps) between the main floor and the second floor. There is an even shorter stairway (5 steps) from the main floor down to the family room and backyard. Total of 14 steps. This is the same total number of steps (treads) typically found on stairways between the first and second floors of most two story homes. (Additionally, the foyer is raised a little less than a normal stair step.) So, it has the same number of stair steps as most 2 story homes. However, the steps are divided into two shorter stairways. Lockbox code and instructions provided prior to your arrival. We are always available by phone/text and we have a local manager who lives very close by. The property is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and easy access to downtown, parks, and wineries. Home is located just off Arnold Drive near the golf course. Enjoy a peaceful visit to the farm in this cozy and comfortable bed-and-breakfast retreat. Wake up with breakfast brought to your door, then spend the morning leisurely exploring the surrounding apple orchards and gardens. Located on a working farm/cidery, you can learn about apple culture and even stroll through the orchards tasting different varieties of apples during the harvest season. The farm's chickens provide very tasty eggs which you'll enjoy for breakfast; there are cows and lots of wild-life just outside your door! The cottage is set up comfortably for two people with all the spa amenities. Guests have stayed here for the last several years; you can read reviews online by following the review link on our website after searching for our name (AppleGarden Cottage) on the web. Breakfast is brought to the cottage each morning with all organic and home-made items. Fresh eggs from our pasture-raised chickens, local dairy items, and our own hard cider is stocked in the fridge. Guests can enjoy touring the apple orchard and cidery, and visiting with the resident chickens. They have complete privacy inside the cottage. Free EV charger for guest use. We live full-time on the farm in the main house and are always on-site when our guests are present. We enjoy visiting with folks if they want to tour the farm or need suggestions for activities. Tomales is 68 miles from both San Franciso (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) airports. There are many hiking opportunities just a short distance from the farm: Point Reyes National Seashore has wonderful trails to explore. There are local cheesemakers who have educational tours; Tomales Bay is perfect for kayaking, and of course there are several oyster farm choices for the bivalve lover! Spectacular beaches are just an easy drive away. If the weather's nice, bring your bikes! EVC available for your car. There is no public transportation. We are located about an hour from San Francisco (traffic depending) and about 20 minutes from Petaluma. Fee includes breakfast for two each morning. Free wi-fi, satellite TV with premium channels, land-line phone with free calls (cell phone coverage is difficult), internet radio The weather is quite changeable; dressing in layers is the best idea since the morning can start out foggy, lots of sunshine during the day, and a brisk breeze in the afternoons. No animals - no exceptions, no matter how well behaved you may think they are, so please don't ask. On rainy days, enjoy the cozy comfort of reading next to the fireplace, or venture out to watch to storm at Bodega Head. Plan to bring snacks or other things you'd enjoy eating; we provide breakfast (of course!) and there are restaurants fairly close by, but no stores or places to just run out and get a quick treat!

We had a great experience! It was located in a safe and secure area with friendly neighbors. The river access was amazing. Kitchen had great amenities. Everything was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Great area for hiking and peaceful area. We booked white water rafting with six rivers rafting about 40 mins drive in junction city. Wood fire pizza at the haystack cafe was excellent! I do recommend packing your own pillows for the king bed. Kiddos slept on the pull out sofas. They’re young but our 11 yrs old said they weren’t the most comfortable but no biggie. Plenty of room in the great room if you wanted to pack an airbed. Lots of towels and linens. Bbq came with propane. WiFi in the house was great! The loft area has railing on the edge now vs the pic with no railing. Yard has some poison oak so just be aware when you let the kiddos roam. Overall great! We will be planning more trips back to this very home. Owners were fantastic! Very responsive!

We vacation to Sea Ranch each year at Easter with family and every time we have stayed at different places (depending on what is available at the time we book). This by far was the nicest home, clean, and peaceful. Our vacations to Sea Ranch are to mature family connections and this home provided that atmosphere. Our family really enjoyed the ping pong in the garage (in fact we had our first Ping Pong tournament :)). We had to do a little work too while we were there and the home has a office with docking station that made it extremely easy. The amenities of this home are outstanding and the place is extremely peaceful. We are hoping this home is available when we book next year.

Great location near Grand Ave, Lakeshore Ave, Piedmont Ave & Lake Merritt -- so super walkable with lots of stores & restaurants nearby. House is attractively furnished and everything works. The easy in-and-out off-street parking is a major plus--as is the second (tiny) bathroom. Heat works great. Kitchen has all the mod-cons. All in all, one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in Oakland (which is quite a few as we visit Oakland a lot!). Love Oakland, love Camiel's place.

Tranquil Midtown Haven with Tree-Lined Charm

This listing looks exactly like its’ photos! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and cozy this home was. While it’s inside a duplex, it’s very private and with plenty of room for a comfortable stay even with a group. Shelby is very communicative and responds within 5-10 minutes. The fully stocked coffee and tea bar with snacks on the side was a nice touch! I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Spectacular views: waves crashing onto tide pools right outside of your private balcony. Open, airy & tastefully decorated space— I felt right at home from the minute I arrived 🤗 cute cafe right Nextdoor (with ocean views of course), friendly & inviting brewpub an easy walk away as are another breakfast/lunch spot overhanging sea cliffs & a yummy Venezuelan restaurant 🇻🇪🥘 I overheard a waitress say to a customer “yeah, we’re kinda the only game in town… except for the other place” …a place so remote could get away with any quality of food & service, but you wouldn’t know it while you are there: the food and service were both excellent 👌
