Guest Suite with Hotel Feeling

Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Overnight room with kitchenette

Perfect overnight room that sleeps 2 people (pull-out sofa bed). Equipped with kitchenette (hot plate+ microwave) and shower cabin. Self-catering, please bring own linen and towels. Please let us know if you want us to provide bed linen and towels for a fee of SEK 150/person. Stand-alone building with private entrance. 300 meters to Sundsvall's open-air paradise Sidsjön with surrounding nature and exercise tracks. 100 meters to the grocery store and bus towards the city, about 2.5 km to the stone city.

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker which is 10 min by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road towards the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car and you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Free parking in the yard.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

This beautifully situated farm is located right next to Hassela Lake and 1.5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. Those who wish to rent will also get access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowing boat with simpler fishing equipment as well as kayaking. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Apartment + bedroom cottage

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
