Welcome, here you have cheap accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Micro, hotplate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable living idyll all year about where you live all by yourself. Private and very quiet location at Dämstasjön. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the swimming area and the boat. There are plenty of fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.
