The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Cabin with lake property - hot tub/sauna/boat/diving tower

Fantastic cabin with a waterfront plot! Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here, nature is all around and you can enjoy the lake view. In winter, you can enjoy a ski trip or ice skating on the lake. Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In summer, you can enjoy swimming at the village's swimming area, 200 meters from the cottage, fishing or nearby activities such as horseback riding. About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road up to the house. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende på landet. Fullt utrustad lägenhet med två sovrum och öppen planlösning. Badrum med dusch och separat tvättstuga. Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två tonåringar, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.
