The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Hills, valleys, bubbling water, sheep and lambs as neighbors, Linderöd pigs around the house. Cook in a super cozy outdoor kitchen with a bar. There is a barbecue, fridge, freezer, outdoor shower, fresh toilets, simply most of what you need to be able to stay and enjoy yourself here for several days. Beautiful and tastefully renovated horse farm from the late 1800s with a lot of charm in Hannas on Österlen. Large living room with fireplace and large dining table, three large bedrooms with luxurious double beds, possibility of extra beds, large kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which has a copper bathtub and infrared sauna/steam sauna. This wonderful horse farm is located near Örum 119, Kåseberga, Sandhammaren and Simrishamn. Book riding lessons for adults and children on large horses and ponies, private yoga and meditation lessons.

Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer.
