The stay was just fantastic...Quietly private and incredibly idyllic. From the first minute, you could switch off and enjoy the solitude, the whole property was at our disposal and the amenities were very good. Especially the hospitality of the owners. Pure relaxation 10/10

The cosy little cottage, overgrown with fragrant roses, was just the thing for a break. In the morning you wake up to the sound of birdsong, in the evening hedgehogs run across the terrace. An idyll with super lovely hosts who live next door. Lake Ratzeburg is about 15 minutes away by car.

The accommodation has a very nice and quickly heating sauna, which can be used spontaneously and without long planning. In addition, there is a large quiet garden - perfect for reading and resting or for making a campfire. The proximity to Lübeck and Schwerin is great to take a day trip. :) The only drawback is that it gets quite bright in the sleeping area, especially because there is a skylight in the east direction. A way to darken would be desirable here. Otherwise, it should also be mentioned that the surroundings with the lakes are really beautiful and you can also watch (wild)animals there very well. Hosts Scarlett and Robert are also happy to lend you binoculars and give you tips.😊

We had a very nice time in the pool house. The location by the stream is very beautiful and the view is simply relaxing. A huge highlight for the kids, seeing the deer and the swans every morning. What was also great was that you can get to super beautiful beaches in a short time with the bikes. The hosts Sophia and Ben are very friendly and have a super pleasant and uncomplicated manner. We had a great five days at Sven's place. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and the nature all around. Total relaxation and rest. The short walk to the beach led through the castle park and the brasserie invited you to a culinary stop. Otherwise, Kalkhorst is the perfect place to explore the surroundings. The cities such as Wismar, Lübeck Travemünde and Schwerin were easily accessible in 40 minutes. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very nice, super clean and beautifully located. You can quickly reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot, which offers many possibilities. Caro is a great host and was always very quick to reach. Highly recommended!

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jules house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very beautiful, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

Gretel and Alexander are unique hosts with a big heart for small and large guests! The house is cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the great garden and the children had a lot of fun feeding the chickens, on the Hollywood swing and in the paddling pool. We were lovingly supplied with eggs, jam and vegetables and received tips from both about the area. We are already looking forward to the next time we can be guests again!

We were looking for a short break from city life and that is exactly what we got: picturesque nature in the area, wide fields, a beautiful old estate on which the apartment is in the back, absolute silence at night, relaxing peace and quiet during the day. Henrike is a great and very nice host and also the rest of her family is very nice and helpful. We and our dog felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the week at Marzena's very much. The accommodation is very quietly located within walking distance of the lake, where you can also use the rowboat, e.g. for fishing. We were also allowed to use the garden and bicycles, which we really liked. Beautiful bike tours and hikes can be started from the property. Marzena always provided us with good tips on excursions and restaurants and was always approachable. If we find ourselves in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Definitely heartfelt recommendation! I put my grandfather up there for a week, and he rarely came back from a holiday as happy as he did from Stephan's. We spent five weeks in winter in Cornelia's cozy, charming accommodation. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, and there was nothing missing. The location is unbeatable in the immediate vicinity of the canal. Our dogs loved it. Just like the lovingly maintained garden. In short, we highly recommend the apartment!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is big enough to retreat but at the same time has enough space in the kitchen and living room to be together in a larger group. Very tastefully decorated, walking distance to the beach.

We had a wonderful wellness weekend with the girls in this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which together with the hot tub created a really relaxed atmosphere. The sauna was also a real highlight. The bedrooms are super nice and cozy, and the whole house is modern and lovingly designed – you immediately feel at home. The short way to the beach is perfect for walks. The only small drawback: Shopping is a little further away. But for that, the great house always compensates! Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

The house is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday with many friends or the extended family. The house is so big that you don't even notice that there are 12 people there. And when everyone does come together to eat, there is still room for everyone at the huge dining table. The furnishings are extremely stylish. I travel home inspired.

We (a group of 12 girls) had a great time at the Neu Gaarz estate! The house is spacious, very clean and simply charming. The surroundings are picturesque and pure nature. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty and all our wishes were implemented and fulfilled. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, everything went smoothly. For the bride, it was an unforgettable experience. A very quiet yet centrally located holiday home. We had a very nice stay. The house is very clean and well appointed. Great value.

“It really is a castle!” was the response of the travel companions. And that's for sure! Beautiful location, clean, lovely sturdy beds and very spacious (bath) rooms. Plenty of space to sit, play games or get a breath of fresh air outside. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of crockery so that not every person can use a piece. What I personally liked is that each room has the option to open 1 or more windows. This keeps it wonderfully fresh on slightly warmer days. In the villages nearby, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Enough offer to pick up your belongings on the spot. Check-in can be done digitally at your own time. Wonderful.

Sure – here's a suggestion for your Airbnb review: ⸻ We had a great stay at Birgit's! The house was perfect for our family – even our dog felt completely comfortable. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, superbly equipped – we felt right at home. We used the sauna every day. The only small downside: the distance to Gold for kitesurfing was a bit further than hoped – but everything else more than made up for it. Birgit was very warm, helpful and approachable at all times. We will be happy to come back!
