Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. Country house near the Schaalsee

The house is in a very quiet location in the biosphere reserve Schaalsee. It is 10km to Lake Schaalsee, 5km to Lake Neuenkirchen, 50km to the Baltic Sea (dust-free!!!). From the house can be started directly to bike tours, on adjacent hiking trails. There is also a swimming pond on the very natural property. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous spout.

It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station.
