Willkommen in meiner gemütlichen Wohnung im 70er Jahre / minimalistischen Stil. Sie liegt perfekt zwischen Südvorstadt und Connewitz, ruhig und dennoch nah an der Karli. Die MDR Haltestelle ist schnell erreichbar und Bus sowie Straßenbahn fahren fast vor der Tür. Vom Balkon hast du einen Blick ins Grüne. Ein Beamer mit HDMI und eine kleine Spülmaschine sorgen für Komfort. Hier gibt es einen gemütlichen Ort mit Yoga Möglichkeit, keine Hochglanz-Wohnung. Ich freue mich auf deinen Besuch.

You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with dishes. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)

Good restaurants and bars can be found on the next corner.
