Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our late classicist house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Halle. In 20 minutes' walk or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city center. On foot it is only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, as are shops and restaurants.

The apartment Pier 7 is 95 m² and the perfect starting point for a wonderful vacation by the lake. A garden and a large terrace with a barbecue offer enough space for relaxing hours after an active day. There is also a lockable bicycle parking space.
