In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Hello, we offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 minutes, walk to town in 5 minutes. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cots etc!!! I'm really sorry but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience

Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
