Quiet beach near first floor apartment "Nordseemöwe"

Vacation in the heart of Norddeich. In this newly renovated approx. 46 sqm first floor apartment with large terrace you can have a relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast near the beach (approx. 250 m away). The apartment is equipped for 2 people and has one bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room. A flat screen is of course part of the basic equipment. A private parking space is right by the house.

Dune castles right on the beach

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Central & cozy attic apartment with sea view balcony

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m2 living space, 1000 m2 fenced garden, walk to the sea about 1000 m. Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily reached by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are numerous. It has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! 3*** DTV classification. The light-flooded 2 room apartment Möwennest by DeJu in Norderney is about 40 square meters and is located directly on the west beach. It is characterized by a very central location. It is 200 m to the beach or the spa square with the adjacent bathhouse. Up to 4 people are suitable and bookable (please note). The apartment was completely renovated in early 2024.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
