Trotz kleinem Grundriss bietet das charmante Tiny House auf 3 Etagen alle Vorzüge eines Sommerlofts auf Norderney. Der offene Wohnbereich mit großer Küche, 3 Zimmern mit TV & 2 Bäder mit Dusche, sind für 4-6 Personen gut aufgeteilt. Die schöne Terrasse & der Gemeinschaftsgarten haben eine Südwestausrichtung. Das moderne Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage ist auch für Sportler gut geeignet.

It offers a green garden with views over land and fields, so you can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in complete tranquility. Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).
