Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien + Kindern/Babies, Gruppen, mehrere Generationen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

Der um die Wohnung verlaufende und teilweise überdachte, riesige Eckbalkon bietet herrlichen Seeblick in Richtung Juist und das offene Meer. Das luxuriöse Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein zusätzliches WC sind top modern. Das Hallenbad (kostenlos) mit Sauna (€) im Erdgeschoss, Lift und ein Parkplatz (€) am Haus runden den Komfort ab.

The modern studio apartment Seestern is located in Norderney and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 25 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Very good location, central on Norderney. All services are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our newly renovated, modern, spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large divisible south-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 6 persons on 110m2. Our "Düne 77" is located in an absolutely quiet prime location in Westdorf. Short distances to the city and the beach. The ferry port is only 6 minutes walking distance.

Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel beds in the bedroom.
