The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing
