È stato tutto perfetto, sia la loro disponibilità che l’alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Attenzione però ad uscire dalla metro alla sortie ESPLANADE perché altrimenti dovete fare un sacco di strada in più per nulla. Consigliatissimo e super comodo per Parigi o Disneyland

Appartement confortable pour nous deux. Le lit est grand, le salon et pièce à vivre spacieux. Facile d’accès proche RER et bus (notamment pour aller à Disney et dans les commerces autour). Résidence calme mais pas de bol, des travaux juste en face en semaine. En cas de forte chaleur, les volets dans le salon manquent pour garder au frais. Il y a des volets dans la chambre. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft weitet empfehlen!

L’appartement proposé par Virginie correspond à l’annonce : facilité de parking , logement propre, fonctionnel et impeccable pour 4 personnes. Concernant l’emplacement : idéal pour un séjour «  Disneyland » (15 -20 min de l’appartement) Je recommande les yeux fermés

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Alexis was very helpful before arrival and quick to respond. Aubrey welcomed us and worked hard to make certain the apartment was ready upon arrival. The location was outstanding. The apartment is unique and has a lot of light and great blackout blinds, when needed. The skylight in the bedroom was extra nice. We really enjoyed the multiple balcony views looking out at the Louvre and both directions up and down Rue de Rivoli. The upstairs bedroom would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The shower was nice and spacious. At the time of our stay there was only a handheld shower, but it wasn't a problem for us. There were many restaurant options within a short distance. It was easy to catch a taxi at the nearby hotel Regina. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Logement parfaitement conforme a l annonce. Nous n avons manqué de rien. Il y avait meme des boissons au frigo a notre attention lors de notre arrivé. Quartier tres calme et sécurisent. Nous sommes venu accompagné de notre petit chien, cour intérieur entièrement clôturé. Audrey a fait preuve d attention en nous donnant des infos multimédia sur le logement. Nous recommandons +++

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Un cocon propre, bien équipé et apaisant Séjour vraiment top dans ce logement situé dans un quartier calme et reposant, parfait pour souffler tout en restant à proximité de Paris. On s’est sentis tout de suite chez nous grâce à une propreté impeccable et un équipement ultra complet : serviettes, produits de bain, vaisselle, cuisine fonctionnelle, lave-linge, et même un piano pour les artistes en vadrouille — le détail qui fait toute la différence. Le logement est bien pensé, bien entretenu, et idéal pour se poser quelques jours. Seul petit bémol : le stationnement peut être un peu galère si vous avez un gros véhicule (comme c’était le cas pour nous), donc mieux vaut anticiper ou venir en plus petit modèle si possible. Sinon, rien à redire. Hôte réactif, ambiance sereine, et un vrai sentiment de confort. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés, et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Une belle maison pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine et le jardin.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war top. Bis in die Innenstadt kann man ca. 40min einplanen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
