We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The setting is pleasant, the accommodation was clean and consistent with the listing. I highly recommend it for a short friendly stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Marion was a very helpful host and responded to all of our requests including helping to organise a caterer to deliver a delicious 3 course meal to the accomodation. All other recommendations were also very helpful. The house is beautiful and very child friendly which helped us to relax and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this house for larger groups and families.

The accommodation matches the description and is absolutely fine. Everything clean, cozy, simply beautiful. Park right in front of the door and quietly located. we were very satisfied and communication with Olivia was also easy and fast. Thanks so much

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The location is perfect if you go to Disney, in our case we asked for uber because it was close and we didn't depend on bus schedules. The house has all the comforts if you want to cook, if you are going with children it is very good because it also has a crib. Sophie was always attentive to everything, she gave us recommendations in the area and you can walk to the shopping center where there are restaurants and shops. On the last day our check-out was at 11 am and Sophie was very generous to let us stay longer until the time to go to the airport. A total success, we would love to repeat.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre, we came back fitter with the numerous stairs.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Dominique’s place was wonderful - a great location with plenty of suggestions from the host. The space was clean and comfortable, with a really homely vibe. Dominique was communicative - proactive and responsive - alongside going above and beyond what a host would typically do. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

This apartment easily achieves a TEN OUT OF TEN RATING !!! It positively checks off every box I can think of for a truly extraordinary lodging experience. This is THE PLACE for anyone who enjoys modern furnishings, seemingly endless comfortable seating options, the gentle feel of walking on parquet flooring, a large bed with wonderfully soft linens, rainwater showering and deep tub soaking options, in unit washer & dryer, a rejuvenating massage chair, a Japanese toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, balcony access, internet access, insulating quietness despite an active city five stories below and direct elevator access. The host, Daniel, personally welcomed us, listened to our interests, and made superb recommendations. He was always available by phone and email. Hands down, I cannot think of ANYWHERE in Paris I would rather stay, and will seek availability on my return.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and outdoor areas are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!
