We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The setting is pleasant, the accommodation was clean and consistent with the listing. I highly recommend it for a short friendly stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Marion was a very helpful host and responded to all of our requests including helping to organise a caterer to deliver a delicious 3 course meal to the accomodation. All other recommendations were also very helpful. The house is beautiful and very child friendly which helped us to relax and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this house for larger groups and families.

The accommodation matches the description and is absolutely fine. Everything clean, cozy, simply beautiful. Park right in front of the door and quietly located. we were very satisfied and communication with Olivia was also easy and fast. Thanks so much

Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre, we came back fitter with the numerous stairs.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

This apartment easily achieves a TEN OUT OF TEN RATING !!! It positively checks off every box I can think of for a truly extraordinary lodging experience. This is THE PLACE for anyone who enjoys modern furnishings, seemingly endless comfortable seating options, the gentle feel of walking on parquet flooring, a large bed with wonderfully soft linens, rainwater showering and deep tub soaking options, in unit washer & dryer, a rejuvenating massage chair, a Japanese toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, balcony access, internet access, insulating quietness despite an active city five stories below and direct elevator access. The host, Daniel, personally welcomed us, listened to our interests, and made superb recommendations. He was always available by phone and email. Hands down, I cannot think of ANYWHERE in Paris I would rather stay, and will seek availability on my return.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and outdoor areas are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Very pleasant stay in a spacious house ideal for accommodating many travellers. Excellent communication beforehand, I highly recommend if you want to spend a stay in Seine-et-Marne.
