Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. At your disposal, a quiet office, deckchairs for napping and the crowd of shops of the Ecusson. Air conditioning

Air-conditioned duplex with a sunny terrace overlooking the Porte Auguste and the Church of Saint Baudile, both classified as historical monuments. The apartment is on the fourth floor, without a lift. The bedroom is not air-conditioned. Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to shine in the city center on a very nice square. Monuments and shops 2 minutes walk. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.
