Small new LOFT in Industrial and Modern style of 40 m2 for 2 people (but possibility of sleeping 1 child on the extra sofa.) This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is adjoining the owners' farmhouse but totally independent. The entrance is to the north of the bastide. Access to the owners' pool (from 01/07 to 15/09) and to the petanque court every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the day of your arrival, the pool is accessible until 7 p.m.

Relax at this unique and tranquil place. nature on all sides for lovers of great calm 5 minutes from the center. 30 minutes walk (longer return because of the elevation gain garrigue fauna and flora on the park. birds squirrels,hedgehogs geckos lizards ect really like it here . Friendliness and relaxation are needed to enjoy the environment. this is no place to party.

This 30m2 studio is located on ground floor of my house. It has its own entrance and is therefore completely self-contained. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and free parking is available. Very close to the city center of Nîmes (about 15 minutes by car), our village nevertheless has the shops of first necessities (Mousquetaires supermarket in the town hall square).
