It features a large 300 m³ organic pool, which is cleaned and open for swimming from 08/06 to 16/09, or even longer, until the pool turns green. There is a waterfall, a pontoon, exotic plants, a new and comfortable studio with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV reception, 160 cm bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in shower. The property is on a 300 m² plot with a sunbathing area, barbecue, plancha, and night lighting. It is not overlooked. Soap is not provided. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included. Dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 euros. Hiking trails start from the rental.

The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees.
