It was originally created by Jean Haudebourg an engineer of the King of France who was in charge with the"Avignon bridge". In the heart of the village,near a bus stop, a land of 8000m2, at the foot of the historical ST André .Fortress Facing Avignon and its famous bridge, Villeneuve ,a trypical old provencal place,is ,thanks to its history ,gentle way of life and permanent sun , a privileged location ,,the ideal stay in Provence:less than an hour from the Mt Ventoux , The Lubéron ,the Cévennes, les Baux de Provence , the Camargues , the Mediterranean sea, The Gardon Gorge with canoe-kayak, the famous Rhone Valley wine trail and 10 golf courses The maisonnette is provided with the Internet and TV cable, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and air con and akitchen with all amenities. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Beautiful living space, with 15th century arch, kitchen and shower room. In the village: supervised swimming in the Orbieu River, abbey, church with listed organ, exhibition on painted ceilings, artists' and creators' workshops, shops, restaurants, festivals, entertainment, hikes, tourist information point.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

The Studio of the Inn

Discover "Le Studio de l'Auberge", a fully renovated studio with independent access. It has a beautiful bathroom and a breakfast/dining area. We welcome you to a small cocoon within "L'Auberge", our family home from 1745. A typical Toulouse building with its pink bricks and beautiful half-timbered facade. Ideally located, you have direct access to the expressway allowing you to reach Toulouse in less than 20 minutes.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. The Pigeonnier of Mas de La Barjolle

Dependency of a 17th century Provençal farmhouse, olive oil production farm. Le Pigeonnier is a single-storey dwelling independent of the farmhouse with a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room, a beautiful vaulted room, an old hunting lounge and a veranda.
