Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Apartment in the countryside

Located on the ground floor of Château de Mimont, perched on the hillside, we offer you an apartment that is unique thanks to its exceptional view, with a separate entrance. The property is set within a wooded park featuring rare tree species and a forest spanning several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

I got the idea to make it a friendly place to live. The @maison_henri_ette is born and available for rent. You will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets on site. Guests can enjoy 2 kitchens, a friendly living room and a dining room, not to mention a beautiful backyard.
