A wonderfully bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With In the garden a swimming pool with large sun terrace. In 2024, converted into a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements like a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is at the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Ranging from a stone-built cottage to wooden-made cabins, we provide different kind of accommodation including a Mongolian tent and Gypsy caravans, all of them located on a stunning property of 6 hectares of clearings, meadows and woods. Available for up to 30 people overall, a 50 meters square party tent is also at your disposal for your family gatherings and other happenings. A short distance from the Lac Chaumecon, this spacious renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the Morvan natural park, Burgundy. The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.
