Very nice apartment, comfortable ,it feels good. We appreciated the little touches upon arrival. The video instructions are very clear and the hosts are very responsive. The place is quiet, little street traffic. We took the breakfast delivery option and were not disappointed.

Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend

Beautiful duplex, much more spacious than expected and than what the photos show. Bright, sunny and beautifully decorated, very nice shower, we felt comfortable. A small downside on the kitchen equipment which is very limited - except in pastry - but for one night it was not a problem!

Small cozy room on the ground floor on a rather quiet street, modest but functional with all the necessary amenities. Careful attention to the layout, suitable for a stay of one or two nights. Perfect cleanliness and ventilation in bathroom, recent renovation. Very good bedding. Well located close to the train station and the city centre on foot. Pleasant cocoon where I had a good stay!

very nice apartment refurbished, it is true that the stairwell is a little scary at first, but once you enter the apartment, you are fine. no nice view, however, the windows overlook an inner courtyard. smell of sewage in the bathroom, a more suitable siphon must be installed

Highly recommend this comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment. It is spacious, quiet, clean, and very private. There were even fresh flowers in the room! We loved being right in the heart of Lormes, easy walking distance to everything. David greeted us warmly, made us feel at home, and was a great source of information. Merci beaucoup, David!

We had a great family stay in this modern, spacious, bright and impeccably clean accommodation. It is in a very good location and very easy to access. The instructions provided from the start were extremely clear. A big thank you to my host for his kindness and for his delicate attention to my arrival: the jar of Morvan honey made me very happy. Impeccable, very clean and well appointed accommodation. It feels good. The common areas could use a refresh but once you arrive in the accommodation you discover a small attic apartment that's pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely time. Listing is as described. The jacuzzi shuts off at midnight for noise pollution, but that still leaves us time to enjoy it. I recommend it!

Parking attached to the accommodation so convenient, the accommodation was very clean well equipped overall, the room reserved for the jacuzzi is really the big positive point of the accommodation, host available and punctual Area for improvement: The bedding, the mattress is not very nice (for us anyway) But it is an excellent value for money in view of the Jacuzzi service, which is very rare in Nevers. I recommend 👌🏻

Accommodation as described, the Loire is within walking distance for beautiful walks as well as the Carnot market for shopping. We could return to the area and return to this accommodation.
