The small garden gîte

Une maison toute neuve dans une vieille grange, au milieu de la nature avec une vue magnifique et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable seul, en amoureux ou avec des enfants. A quelques mètres du gîte, une cabanétape sous les arbres peut loger deux voyageurs supplémentaire (supplément calculé au moment de votre réservation). Nous fournissons le nécessaire à votre séjour (linge de lit et serviettes de toilette). Vous disposerez du wifi dans le gîte, et d'une place de parking.

« Mon oreiller dans l’étable » est un petit gite climatisé situé sur l’itinéraire de la Loire à vélo, aux portes de Sancerre et Chavignol et à proximité de Guedelon. Idéal pour un agréable séjour touristique. Nous vous accueillons dans une dépendance proche de la maison des propriétaires mais vous y serez totalement indépendants. Ancienne étable de 45m2 rénovée avec terrasse privée et parking sécurisé permettant d'accueillir des vélos, vous serez séduit par le charme de la vieille pierre.

Vieux moulin du 18ème avec bief aux abords de l'Aron dans un écrin de verdure situé en sortie d'un petit village de 300 habitants. Domaine entièrement clos, piscine (chauffée en été). Nous mettons à disposition notre maison avec tous les équipements et les éléments qui la compose intérieure et extérieur (BBQ, bain de soleil, table ping-pong, boules de pétanque, etc,.) Idéal ainsi pour un séjour entre famille ou entre amis. Vous y serez seul.Pas de voisin et donc aucun vis à vis.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

500 m from Lac du Crescent (within walking distance), beautiful 109 m2 cottage built in an old barn perfectly renovated and carefully decorated, adjoining the house of the former owners. AUX MERVEILLES DES ORMES where you will spend a peaceful holiday in the countryside in the department of Nièvre in the Bourgogne region. In a fully renovated, bright, fully equipped and comfortable old barn with its enclosed garden. 6 km from the town of Clamecy you can visit the Collegiate Church of St. Martin and take beautiful walks on the Canal du Nivernais. 40 minutes from the Château de Guédelon and the Basilica of Vézelay.

Ideal to meet with friends, in peace, family. An authentic place located in the exceptional natural setting of a former mill whose estate extends over six hectares of grassland. You will stay in the Meunier’s house, which has been renovated. This is our main house, rented during school holidays and weekends only. Many activities for children, games, fishing, swimming pool, boats etc. A deposit will be paid on arrival.

Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will make you feel good and enjoy a well-equipped home. LA GRANGE can accommodate children from an early age. Dogs are also allowed.

140 m2 cottage in a restored barn, surrounded by nature. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), pets allowed, private parking, Wi-Fi, extra heating (see conditions in other remarks). The price of €80/night corresponds to the accommodation of 1 to 4 guests, beyond that, an extra €14/night per guest, excluding cleaning (at the expense of guests or optional - €40)
