The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

10 minutes' walk from the train station, IFSI, INKUB and the swimming pool. Close to INSERR (6 min by car). A 15-minute walk from the city centre, in a small cul-de-sac, this mini studio has a private entrance and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hotplates; bathroom: sink, shower and private toilet. New bedding. You are independent! Guide speaker, I inform you about the heritage of Nevers and its surroundings, guided tours, my favorite restaurants... All welcome!
